I already had many issues with Dr. Gilbert before I knew about the gap in a crown that he did and was going to another dentist who told me about the gap and that I would have to go back to Dr. Gilbert to fix it. I did and he agreed that it was not done properly and fixed it but he charged my insurance for the work. For a problem that his incompetent staff created! He should not have charged me. It was his mistake! This crown was just a few months old. Not only that a year or two later my new dentist said I had a cavity under that crown and would have to get a new crown. Of course I had to pay for it out of my own pocket because your insurance will only cover a crown every 5 years. This is one of several problem I had with this dentist over the years that I went to him. From the incompent staff that he hires, to having work done by him and then seeing he billed my insurance for something else. I think this guy is a crook.
