I visit Lauderdale by the Sea each year and the first place I go now is Andre's, not just for the delicious sweets (the amerretto cookies are like heaven), but to see sweet Rose. She remembers me and my daughter and we feel like she is one of our own family. I came back to Atlanta this week and find myself missing her, and their pastries. Anything you try will be good. These bakeries are hard to find anymore and I think you need to hang out for a while when you are there and enjoy the wonderful people who come by.
