First off, You can get ahold of them by there phone number it just rings and rings. French fries were either to hard to chew or too soggy to wanna eat.
Big burger is always over loaded with mustard and ketchup. The manager expresses no concern with the cook obviously, because the food is just horrible and over-priced.
Im outraged and dont want to make a trip back over there to demand a refund. But I want a refund and Im still trying to get ahold of somebody.
Carls jr aint what the name implies, and is not better than in and out, horrible food everytime.
