I am not even from La Mesa, but I am from Chicago. I am currently on tour in Germany and am a Guitar Center Platinum member. I had emailed this store because I saw a keyboard that I was interested in. They did write me back, took 24 hours, but no problem. In the email, the Pro Audio manager told me that he would hold this keyboard for me. When I wrote back to tell him to go ahead and hold it, he then took some time to write back and told me it sold. I was initially quite upset, but he then told me that they would price match with another keyboard.
