This 'Diva' claims to be a good Christian but she is nothing but a liar and a thief. She says that she went to beauty school but she has absolutely no useful skills whatsoever. Wanna have your hair torn out of your head and your money stolen? This is the place to go! She will treat you wonderfully at your consultation but after you pay her (which she demands the money up front, even before the actual services are given!)? She'll treat you like a pile of garage! If you ask for a refund, or at least to get your hair fixed, she will tell you a flat out NO. This woman needs to have her business shut down. As a person who works in customer service, I would never want a client to leave my company feeling the way I did when I left her salon: used, abused and completely cheated out of my money. Please, for your own sake: DON'T GO HERE!
