My husband and I came to PF Chengs and ate on Fathers day. I don't have any comment about the food, mine is about the server (although the food portions have declined). The server we had (Nicole Buckner) offered my husband a drink to go at the end of our meal. After waiting 10 minutes for it, we finally left without it. Upon doing my banking a couple days later, I noticed the amount on my bank account was different from what I had put on my receipt. Although, I had left an adequate tip on the receipt, the server decided it wasn't enough, and charged my card a different amount. I contacted the resturant and was refunded the amount she overcharged; however, I didn't feel like they did enough to rectify the situation. I would never return to this PF Chengs and would recommend that anyone paying with a credit/debit card double check they were only charged for what they wanted to be charged
