I sent and 85 year old woman I know to A-1 for repairs to her old car. She was very affraid to be taken advantage of and nervous to go. She just gave me a call and let me know that the ""young boys"" over at A-1 were very polite, charming and charged her less than expected. So, thanks A-1 for treating this special lady so well!
