Customer Service: Rating 1; Quality and Price: Rating 4. Explanation: The older lady in the store is always hateful and disrespectful to children. We've been in the store many times and made purchases ranging in price. Every time she says something to our children (who are pretty calm and sensitive). Last time I was in there, she was the same way toward the girls. I told her not to say anything to my girls, but couldn't look at what I needed with her hovering around us. I went back without them the next day and made our purchase when we could look without having someone being hateful, disrespectful and hovering over our family, though I did not make a purchase from the older lady. I spoke to the manager, and she said she would take care of it, but I haven't been back. I don't recommend taking children into the store, because she (the older lady) will say something hateful to them. \r
