Had an appointment today with Brake Team on 82nd to do front and rear brakes. When we got there John the store Manager was behind the counter as usual and began to help us check in. As John was checking us in he was talking with 3 other employees and 2 customers, this was highly unprofessional. Since John was sidetracked he didn't hear one word we said about what we wanted done on the car. He then asked for the keys and we asked him if he knew what he was doing and he said yeah a brake inspection....we said NO....we want the brakes done because we know they are bad. John got cocky and said that he didn't need to fix our car and handed the keys bad in a rude manner. John was not listening to anything we said and was very rude. I do not suggest anyone go there for any work on their car because it won't get done the right way. If you want a good Brake Team please go to the Highland location in Gresham, OR. The store manager Jake is awesome.
