This place gave us the best prices both times we shopped for appliances. We worked with the same person, who was very nice and friendly.
However, this second time, we purchased an oven we are not satisfied with so we asked them to exchange it for a more expensive product. We were told they have never had anyone return anything and they have no policy to help a customer with such an issue. They simply say that if you took a look at it in the store it does not matter whether you like the way it works or not.
They won't take it back, won't give us our old stove back and certainly won't reimburse us for installation cost.
We have only had this oven for less than a week. They do not care to cooperate with us at all.
We will never go back to this store and certainly will not recommend it to anyone else. No customer service!
