They tell you to write this as if you are referring a good friend? If you were my friend or my enemy I would not under any circumstances reccommend this store to you!!! Front desk receptionist really nice to look at until she opened her sarcastic, nasty mouth when we inquired about delivery and install options??? My elderly mother was looking for a new dishwasher. When the appliance manager was called over we were treated even worse and I can assure you that all we did was ask how soon we would be able to get it delivered and possibly installed!!! We were going to buy here but after thinking it over and being treated as if we were imbeciles, we decided to go anywhere else even if it meant we had to pay more money!!! THIS IS ONE LOCAL BUSINESS THAT I WISH WOULD GO UNDER in this economy!!! Please do not support this local business!!! they really do not deserve it! Buy somewhere that is courteous and kind to the elderly..heck buy somewhere that respects its customers no matter what race, economical status, or disability! I wish I could offer people money to not shop here!! more

This place gave us the best prices both times we shopped for appliances. We worked with the same person, who was very nice and friendly. However, this second time, we purchased an oven we are not satisfied with so we asked them to exchange it for a more expensive product. We were told they have never had anyone return anything and they have no policy to help a customer with such an issue. They simply say that if you took a look at it in the store it does not matter whether you like the way it works or not. They won't take it back, won't give us our old stove back and certainly won't reimburse us for installation cost. We have only had this oven for less than a week. They do not care to cooperate with us at all. We will never go back to this store and certainly will not recommend it to anyone else. No customer service! more
