Just to set the record straight Ms. Lopez, YOU are the one who chose to purchase a USED JUNKYARD transmission. I tried to get you to let us REBUILD your transmission but you would not do that. You insisted that you wanted the cheapest route possible because your car is a 97 and is ""too old"". Yes, your used transmission did not work when we installed it. But how is that our fault? Used automatics are high risk and that's why we would rather not put them in. If a customer wants it, we will accomodate - reluctantly. You brought your car back a few days later because it wouldn't start. We checked it and told you your starter was going bad. How can you hold that against either? Customer feedback is very important too me and I do everything I can to help the customer out if there is an issue.
