I contacted the store ~ 7PM one evening, through the local number, not the Sears National number (which gave me the run around most of the day) inquiring about a wall mountable shop vac; ""any brand!"" The girl that answered the phone was very helpful in confirming the inventory, and even walking to the item, to ""put her hands on it"" to ensure that it was there. Additionally, once I got there that night, I was treated very well, by three other employees while I was shopping and roaming the store. And the big surprise was that all four people that helped me, seemed to be all under 27. That's amazing for that age group to be so helpful and courteous.... great service!! A+++
