this summer Michelle Cleaners in Mayfield Village completely ruined a brand new tie which I just wanted ""spruced up""....good grief, it didn't even have any stains. When I got it back, it had been ""ironed"" or something because the fabric was ruined and shiny. The lining was pulled out too...I thought it was some kind of joke. The manager was worthless too, trying to blame the shiny destroyed tie on me! a week or so later I pulled a beautiful white top out from the plastic wrap and saw that they had not bothered to remove the small stain before they pressed it. And please, don't even bother trying to be compensated for your ruined clothing! I give them the poorest of ratings because of very poor customer service and obviously they have a real problem with their cleaning technicians.
