On my last visit to your office, I had an unpleasant experience in my deep cleaning procedure. The dental assistant, Marcy, injected the needle used for numbing the gum tissue too far into my jaw. Since then I have been having pain in my right jaw and ringing in the right ear. I had hoped the initial pain from that day would have subsided by now, but it hasn't and is becoming very annoying. I can only say, that upon my next visit, more precaution should be taken not to go too deep with the needle in preparation for the cleaning. I also need to have my partial adjusted. Food is becoming trapped underneath it. Also it is hurting on the right side.
