I've had many vehicles that have needed service- I've been to dealerships (before I was older and wiser!), specialty make shops (those German cars!) and everything in between. I've experienced the classic "oh, here is a single lady, she won't know any better" (thanks Dad and brother for giving me some type of automotive knowledge!) and I'm just as weary as the next, but Bill's is different :) They are honest, efficient, polite and honest! Honesty in this day and age is hard to come by. Lot's of places can fix your car, but Bill's makes the repair much,much less painful. The chocolate helps, too! I've found my repair shop for life- as long as I reside in SoCal and Bill's is around, I would never consider any other shop. They are the absolute epitomy of what a top notch automotive garage is!
