I was a renter with Rathbun Realty. My husband is military and we had been ordered to Tucson in May of 2010. We rented a house through Rathbun Realty and we loved it. Then in July, we were ordered to another base and were to report by August 2010. We were so disappointed to be leaving the house, but Rathbun helped us through-out the process again. They were so helpful and understanding. When we received our deposit back it was less than we expected, but we understood the charges for cleaning and repairs since we had left the house in such a hurry.
