I read the reviews before calling and I should have gone with my gut. People rely on reviews to decide on companies to use. They were late and they cleaned my rug in 20 minutes in and out and I call that a rush job. Called back to let them know that the dirt was still there and he said to wait till it was dry and to call back. The owner said he could tell me what to go out and buy if it wasn't clean??? Why would I go out and buy something when they should have taken the time to get the dirt out. It has been 24 hours and the carpet is still wet & dirty.
