Very Pleased Great Job 10/25/2010

I was embarrassed at how my carpets and especially my couch looked. I have 3 kids and a dog. The owners wife came with an employee and they were friendly and reassured me my house was fine. They explained how they were going to clean my house and what products they were going to use. They moved and relaced my furniture, everything smelled so good. My couch I couldn't believe came out so clean. I will not wait so long next time to have my rugs and upholstery cleaned and I will definitely recommend Aladdin Carpet Cleaners. more

Call someone else 9/30/2010

I read the reviews before calling and I should have gone with my gut. People rely on reviews to decide on companies to use. They were late and they cleaned my rug in 20 minutes in and out and I call that a rush job. Called back to let them know that the dirt was still there and he said to wait till it was dry and to call back. The owner said he could tell me what to go out and buy if it wasn't clean??? Why would I go out and buy something when they should have taken the time to get the dirt out. It has been 24 hours and the carpet is still wet & dirty. more

Great upholstery cleaners, great oriental cleaners 3/18/2008

I have used this company for several years and am always happy with there service. My couches look like new when they leave. I send my orientals to them, for I feel they do the best job in the seacoast. I highly recommend them. Pros: It is a company that has a good reputation, and dependable. more
