I went there for a brazilian, and after reading the reviews, expected a clean and comfortable environment and professional staff. Instead I found myself ordered to strip down (while the door was still open). The table had sheets and towels that were stained and obviously used from at least the day before without being washed and I was finished in 12 minutes (I timed it), with disregard to pain and thoroughness. I left there with patches unfinished and feeling like they didn't care how my experience was.
The room was warm with harsh lighting, and there was no concern for privacy or relaxation.
On the plus side, there was some concern for sanitation, there was no "double dipping" in the wax and the esthetician (not that I saw one license displayed) wore gloves.
I will not be returning, even if I have to pay slightly more for better experience
