Purchased washer/drier. Prices good. Free delivery and recycle of old machines. So far, so good. Scheduled delivery. Problems developed; human communication would have been preferable to a machine calling me. Delivery and installation happened, albeit very late, interfering with dinner guests, and delaying arrival at Cornell hockey match. Hot/cold water were hooked up backwards; drain hose too short; no hook to empty into my standing tubs. Mike in appliances (Home Depot, Ithaca) came to my home on a Sunday afternoon and fixed the problems at no cost to me. Thanks, Mike. Great service and support from the home store.
