I tried striking up a conversation with the stylist and she didn't care to talk to me. She'd rather talk to the receptionist! Uh hello! I'm a new client! You need to keep my interested in this place.\r

For the rest of the time, I watched her cut my hair. I asked for a layered cut with 2"" off the bottom. She did fine on the bottom layer, then cut the next layer too short, and tried to recover it by cutting less than an inch off the rest of the layers! When she checked the lengths of the layers, I easily saw how much longer the top layer was compared to the bottom. I didn't even want her to attempt to style my hair afterwards and I don't know why I even left her a tip.\r

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Cons: No care for clients, botched hair cuts
