I attempted to schedule a work on my garage door a week from the date of the call. I was told that all they could schedule was sometime prior to lunch or sometime after lunch with no specific time. I requested to have the work scheduled as the first job of the day & was informed that they would not ensure that either if there was another job site located closer to the shop. after speaking with someone other than the scheduler I recieved a nonchalant " sorry your dis-satisfied. Im not sure this company understands the importance of customer loyality & just exactly who pays the bills. I went with Overhead door company of Baton Rouge & they were more than accomodating.
