My first visit to West Chelsea vet was for an emergency this week as we found out my cat ate a sewing needle and needed emergency surgery. I was so glad to be able to take her here and not the hospital on the east side. She was so sick that I just wanted to take her to the closest full service vet and Bid-a-wee and the hospital was just to far. \r

Dr. Farber was terrific with her. He diagnosed her quickly and immediately set her up for the surgery. The surgery was extensive but went well and the staff has been terrific. And I received phone calls twice a day with updates on her progress. \r
\r
We were encouraged to stop by to visit her everyday of her stay and hopefully she will be coming home today. We really miss her. \r

Also, their billing department was very sensitive and understanding. Nice to know that every department within this practice puts the well being of your pet first. \r
\r
Also, their hours are terrific. I had been going to Bid-a-wee for my pets exams and shots but will now make West Chelsea our new primary vet. \r

Thank you West Chelsea, your doctors and staff. Thank you for saving our girl!!\r
