Let me start by saying - I HATE the gym and I hate anything resembling a gym workout. Weights bore me, the treadmill and elliptical machines put me to sleep. Just getting to the gym was a mental battle for me...and not because I'm lazy. I was a pre prefessional ballet dancer but at the age of 21 I had to stop dancing due to injuries. 6 years later...I was overweight and in the worst shape of my life. I heard some pretty kick a$$ things about Cher and decided to give her a shot.
Pros: dedicated, intelligent, down to earth trainers - esp CHER!
Cons: NONE!
