I ordered cabinets from this company for my kitchen. When they arrived, the contractor and I discovered that the cabinet walls were made from two DIFFERENT woods being two completely DIFFERENT colors. When we called Ido Cabinets to fix the problem, we got nothing but bad treatment and resistance. The OWNER of the company said, ""No it's not the wrong cabinets, thats what you ordered!"" leaving us to throw away the different color cabinet wood. They were not interested in any mistakes that they had made because we had already paid them. The owner made no apology and was not interested in the least if everything was OK. She kept saying, ""that's what you ordered!"" then hung up the phone. YOU WOULD BE FOOLISH TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
Pros: I know NEVER to deal with this company again!
Cons: Cabinets look awful!! No resolution offered!!
