After being unsatisfied with a car wash where basically my car was left to dry by itself (forgotten) my boyfriend came back to complain with the manager and ask that our monthly membership be cancelled. Two days later the supposed owner calls me at home using four letter words, telling me to have my boyfriend ""call him and settle it like men""....saying ""if he (the owner) had been there my boyfriends life would be on the line"" for voicing his complaint. The entire conversation I stayed calm and told the manager how unprofessional and un-businesslike he was being...he continue to try and get me to have my boyfriend come to the store and I continued to say no and that all I want is a cancelled membership. He then hung up on me and threatened to call the police.....what? Is this guy for real? In general (besides the one time) I never had a bad experience there......but I suggest people think twice...because if you ever have an issue....this is what you will get from the management.
