I have to disagree with this review of Lisa. She was nothing but helpful to me and my pet often going out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. If ever I needed anything done, she was the person to go to. I have several friends and neighbors who go to see Dr. Feldt and they agree that Lisa was a valuable asset to that hospital. As the practice manager she had alot on her shoulders to deal with. My impression is that this anonymous person was someone who probably wasn't pleasant to deal with themself. For the record, Lisa doesn't work at VCA. There are a bunch of us who wish she had stayed on as her management skills are sorely missed. Lisa ran Schenholm like a well run machine. The new practice manager, Roberta, doesn't have an idea what she is doing.
