We could have been viewed as a real ""pain in the butt"" customers as we purchased our futon at Norka. But these folks bent over backwards to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. They back up their commitment to making sure their own products and that of their vendors (mattresses and covers) meet the high standards they promote. I recommend them highly.
