Okay. From the outside this place looks elegant and serene. On the inside a totally different story. The service first of all was horrendous. Water served in a warm glass with room temperature water (no ice). Bread was like a rock. We should have left. Manager was more worried about looking important than ensuring her guests were happy. Server seemed to disappear and when she came back stood around gossiping with her co-workers. We had to interrupt to order our meal. It took forever to get our simple lunch. 2 burgers. The sicily burger (i agree with the other reviewer) was a saturated hockey puck (ordered medium) and the ""crispy"" pancetta was like chewing on spare tire. There was so much balsamic vinegar on it I couldn't eat it. I could see my friend took only one bite of her burger (what she ordered I forget). Improper etiquette to complain during a business lunch. I decided to pay the tab (over $20.00) and we left. The funny part is that an hour later we ran into each other at the Starbucks eating sandwich. lol,. Tree's is seriously in need of new owners/management and an entirely new staff.
