We shopped here a few times because it can be rather difficult to find beer in large quantities at other places in the neighborhood. Every time, the guy at the counter was unbelievably rude. He lied to my husband, telling him there was no parking for customers. But when asked about the lot next door, later said customers could park there.
The last straw came when he refused to take back bottles and cans that were purchased there. Newsflash: that is against the law. I just hope the DEC reads this and the jerk gets what's coming to him.
Seriously, support your local bodega owner. It may cost a buck more, but at least they will appreciate your business.
