When I first saw Sweet Tomatoes I didn't know really what to expect, so I decided to go in and try it out. Mind you I was a big fan of Souper Salad at the time. Well, on my first dining experience there was someone at the door to greet me and tell how the whole process worked (this was impressive). Once I started fixing my salad, I realized that they have signs to let you know what the benefits are of eating the different ingredients used to make a salad (also a good thing). Lastly, Everything is spread out and continually replenished so that it is always fresh.
Pros: Service, Food, Ambience, Space, Variety
