I supposedly won a free vacation to La Vegas thru a radio promotion. Then Go Relax Travel Agency said that 280.00 for administrative charges however they also charge me for a trip to Cancun Mexico that I never accepted. Also they supposedly were going to send me a package, which never arrived, I called then at once and notify them that I never got it but they never did anything to solve my situation. Then I decided to call my Credit Card Company and file dispute, now they said that I can't cancel it, the only thing I can do is transfer the vacation to someone else. I told them that I want my money back because they never delivered the product and now the travel agency is always changing the stories. Stay away from them.
