My husband and I went to Eye Care Associates and while we felt the staff was very friendly and knowledgable, we could have been visiting a used car dealership. Fees were added continuously, I had to tell both our sales representatives numerous times that price was an issue. No, I do not want that $300 pair of Coach glasses, please show me something closer to my price range. I understand they are doing their job but I am doing mine in trying to avoid bankruptcy.
