I have eaten at Sandoval's twice, and nothing about the place inspires me to return. The food is average in every way and flavor is lacking. I live right down the street from Sandoval's and have no desire to return and give it another shot at my taste buds or wallet. Unfortunately, living in Beaverton, it's hard to find decent Mexican food anywhere in this town. I'll usually stop at one of the taco trucks on Allen Blvd if I'm craving a taco or burrito, otherwise I avoid all the sit down restaurants in Beaverton (and believe me, I've tried quite a few). The service was good and I have no complaints.
Pros: Service was just fine.
Cons: Mediocre, uninspired food.
