I was referred to this particular practice via HMO PCP and I will never go back. Waiting area was unacceptably dirty, staff crude and not professional at all. Listened while waiting, to the staff behind window talk about patients. Saw doctor, nice man, but proposed to do more than medically necessary. Was told I would get a call back to schedule a procedure...it took two weeks for them to leave a message stating that I had been scheduled the afternoon of day they left message...BAD PRACTICE for a medical office...especially if you are very sick and in need of medical assistance. I will never go back to this office in Smyrna, much less than their other locations in the metro ATL area. Very questionable....
