I know there are alot of horror stories concerning Hurricane Katrina but our experience has been just the opposite. Our claim was settled accurately and we were treated fairly. I know for a fact that it was due to our agent that we received the service we did. When we had problems with our adjuster we met with Bob Dean to discuss our concerns. He made some phone calls and within a couple of days we had an adjuster that treated us fairly which is all we wanted to begin with. His staff is excellent and continues to work to settle all claims fairly. Thank you
