The pictures were wonderful but the customer service is so terrible it didn't even matter. We didn't have an album for 15 months after our wedding. A year after the wedding we requested additional pictures, paid for them and still haven't seen them 9 months later. He basically stole the money. We paid for his background and expertise (he is very very expensive) and he sent two associates to take the pictures, the guy never even made an appearance. We reported him to a fraud agency and he ignored them just like he ignored the 6 phones calls and 5 emails we sent asking for the pictures he received payment for. Do not use him, you will regret it, you will be ignored and out $5K.
