In a word. talentless. I excitedly set an appointment with Jodie for a new 'do. That excitement rapidly turned to dissapointment. I had a lot of hair to work with and could have received a great cut from a talented professional. I found none of that in Jodie. My hair has never looked this bad. When you go to get a haircut, you hope for a great cut, you are happy with a good cut, you expect at a minimum a decent cut that will get you through. My cut does not even rank at decent. I received a plain cut which is unsightly. There are several pieces that just hang there. Several parts are layered so unevenly it looks like a novice performed the cut. The real burn is so much of my hair was removed that it will be months before I can try again. Simply put. I walked in with my great, healthy hair that never, never gave me problems and now have to battle with it every day. No amount of time, effort or products can tame this mane. Sadly, sadly inefficient.\r
