I took my child as a new patient to the office few days ago and decided not to go back again. Dirty office and was greeted by a very angry receptionist. After waiting in the reception room for 45 min. I ended up waiting another 50 min. in the exam room. Finally, Dr. Bockenhauer walked in without any acknowledgement of running late and practically spent 3 min. with my son for his asthma. This office is just like a manufacturing plant, no personal attention and all about "Head Count".
