I came in a couple weeks ago for an eye exam, frames, and contact lenses. I was seen promptly and the associates were very helpful. HOWEVER, the manager is very rude and unprofessional. She charged me a rate that she did not tell me prior to the exam. After I told her this, she goes on a power rage about how ""I am the Manager and I can do what I please"". Her words exactly. I would have left then and there but I had no choice but to pay and stay because of my insurance grouping all these services together. She proceeded to speak in an angry tone and was very rude throughout the process. \r

Fast forward to two weeks later. I never received a call from them about when my contacts order were ready so I go in to check. They tell me that it would take a couple days from when I first ordered them and paid. I go in and they have not yet gotten them. \r

Don't bother going here. Very rude and unprofessional service. There are other, better places in Manhattan
Pros: Associates are nice and helpful.
Cons: Manager is rude and unprofessional. Horrible service in getting your order in a timely fashion.
