I brought in my guitar for repair on Thursday, Oct. 17th and was assured it would be finished and ready to be picked up on Friday, Oct. 18th. It wasn't ready. In fact, they hadn't even touched it by the time I made my FOURTH call on Monday, Oct. 20th. I had to remind them to fix my guitar so I could pick it up later that day. On Sunday, Oct. 26 the part that they supposedly "fixed" broke once again. I took it to my dad (not a guitar repairman by trade) and we diagnosed and fixed the problem ourselves. Upon repairing, we found that Patrick's Music actually DAMAGED some of electrical wiring inside the guitar. Luckily my dad was able to repair the damaged wires. I definately recommend you go ELSEWHERE for guitar repairs or any instrument for that matter.
