This is the absolute WORST place I have ever been in my ENTIRE life! I have been to spas all over the world and live in New York City where I have also spent time in many spa establishments. The service here is completely unprofessional and unaccomodating. They made me feel uncomforable and stressed out. I made an appointment and they called me the day before (when I had made it WEEKS ago!) and cancelled it (this has never happened to me). When I tried to re-schedule, they were very unaccomodating. I also bought a gift certifcate for a friend who ended up moving to Europe. When I asked if I could use it myself (seeing as I bought it!) they said NO and would not budge. They stole my money. PLEASE PLEASE do not go here - it's a nightmare!
