An insider from the kitchen at Milto's witnessed the owner of this establishment tell an African-American who came in for a job interview that ""their kind"" was not welcome there. Five employees quit promptly after witnessing this. Patrons from all over Austin are boycotting Milto's and in effort to promote tolerance, recommend that you do the same! Good food aside, don't support racism. Spend your money elsewhere, there are many other Mediterranean restaurants in Austin.
