My girlfriend and I signed up for Circuit Works about three weeks ago. In those three weeks I have felt more fit than any other time of my life. The staff there is very friendly and want you to push yourself to get the most out of the workout. They offer a variety of different workouts every hour which lets you have flexibility with everything else going on. I believe one of the best things about Circuit Works is that you can go in and have a different workout every time, so you will not get bored with the same old workout day after day. The quality of the routine is another five stars. It really is like having a personal trainer who's doing their best to make sure you have the best possible workout each visit. I would definitely recommend Circuit Works to whoever is thinking about joining a gym. It is a little more expensive than a conventional gym but well worth it.
