After spending close to $400 dollars, I left feeling as if nothing had been done. Service was great and the people were nice, but my hair was dull and the highlights nothing for the price. I've had my hair done by several top-notch salons and I honestly have never paid this much for such an "average" color. Marlyss did do a wonderful cut, but my coloring came to $300 and I was extremely upset. I even made mention of my dissappointment and was not even offered a re-do with another color specialist. I think for that price, you should walk out of a place feeling like a million dollars...I literally cannot tell the difference. There was no character, flair or uniqueness to the work done here. My hair looks blah and I am going to pay another $200 to have golden lights put in by someone who listens and knows color, placement, etc. Unimpressed, overpriced...
