After being a frequent customer of this restaurant, my opinion has definately gone downhill. My biggest complaint is that the menu has not changed in over two years...not even seasonal changes. What New York restaurant (besides a Chinese take-out) doesn't change up the menu??? The owner is always sitting at the bar reading the paper or sitting outside smoking. He has never come over to our table to say hello or ask if we were enjoying our meal. The last two times I had to send my overcooked meat back to be prepared properly and even then he either wasn't informed or didn't care enough to bother to address the situation. I have been in the restaurant business over 20 years and I can tell you...if I had a restaurant this size (it's small) in this economy, I would be doing everything possible to keep the customers I already have. The staff has NO personality at all...really really dull people. We have decided to frequent London Lennies and a few other places that really show us that they appreciate our business. I mean, how many times can you have the same 6 dishes over and over again??? Boring and we are over it...too bad because the place has real potential.
Pros: Great location...right across from the best movie theater!
Cons: Same old same old...too bad because it has potential:(
