I have heard good things about this spa and had to see it for myself when I heard the facials were just $60. It was a $60 facial alright in fact I wouldn't be surprised if they're doing 2 facial appointments at once because every 10 minutes they'd slather something on me and leave me alone for 10 minutes. No soothing music, no shoulder or hand massage during the down time of my steaming or mask penetration. The extractions were ok. The waiting room was crowded and I had to stand. I know they boast celebrities using their products, I can't believe this is true. I advise paying double the price and getting triple the value elsewhere.
