The food was good but extremely slow service. The restaurant is tiny but they still need more than 2 unfriendly waitresses to work it. Our waitress came to our table once on her own, the other two times we had to flag her down repeatedly. We left a 15% tip out of habit because there was absolutely nothing exceptional about her service. The waitress had the nerve to tell us the tip wasn't enough. Had it been my call, I would have taken the entire tip back but my friend is much nicer than I am. Everyone who worked there seemed miserable and there are enough sushi restaurants in NYC to be picky when it comes to choosing a restaurant. I won't be going back there.
Pros: good sushi
Cons: poor, rude service, music was circa 1998
