I've been to Bouchon for both brunch and dinner, and had wonderful experiences both times. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice, you can almost forget that you're in the middle of the Vegas strip when you're there. The wait service is kind and attentive. The food is fantastic, and not terribly overpriced. For brunch, I would strongly recommend their sourdough waffles with strawberries. I also liked that they make their mimosas with orangina - tasty! I would definitely come back here the next time I am in Vegas.
